No REFUNDS, NoEXCHANGES, & No RETURNS At this Time❗❗❗

Note No refund or exchanges priced merchandise is eligible for a refund. Also, to be eligible for a refund; the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

The following types of goods are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. There are NO refunds on products that are intimate in nature, any type of sanitary goods, health & personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, books with obvious signs of use, CD's, DVD's, VHS tapes, digital software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records, and the like.

For all eligible exchanges, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

OUR REFUND PROCESS:

You will be notified; via email, as soon as we've received and inspected your returned item.

Refunds will be processed immediately after the return is received, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company. There is usually a set processing time (a few days) before a refund posts to an account. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please contact us at cristalcloset@yahoo.com

SALE, CLEARANCE, & DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

Note: only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sales.

SAME ITEM EXCHANGES:

We will only replace items (for the exact same items) that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a replacement item, you must notify us of a defective or damaged item within 3 days of it's delivery.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, & RETURNS ON GIFT PURCHASES:

A gift receipt is required for all gifted items. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase; and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the purchase price of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Note: shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from all refunds.

Depending on your delivery location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We cannot make guarantees regarding the processing procedures of any third-party shipping company. Therefore, if you are shipping an item valued at $75 or more, you might consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

RETURN SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
