I JUST ORDERED A PRODUCT, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE? 

Orders are usually shipped within 24 - 72 hours after the order is placed. 

Deliveries take on average 8 - 18 business days; in some cases, 21+ business days on name brand items. However, we do work with a lot of international suppliers, so shipping times can be longer than posted. 

You'll receive a confirmation email; which will include a tracking number, once your order has shipped. 

The actual delivery window is 1 - 4 weeks.

We ship worldwide. 

WHAT DOES BEING PROCESSED MEAN? 

This means we have received your order and are preparing it for shipment. 

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT'S GOING ON? 

Please check your spam folder to see if your confirmation email was automatically sent there. 

I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS; CAN I CHANGE IT? 

We can't make any promises; but if this happens, please email us within the first 48 hours and we will try to catch it.

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT? 

You will receive an email; which includes a tracking number, once your order has shipped. 

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK. IS THIS A SCAM? 

No, this is not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to display on the USPS tracking site.
